Mal Forellen im <a href=\"http:\/\/www.angel-discount24.de\/cormoran-raeucherofen-p-2046.html\" target=\"_blank\">Tischr\u00e4ucherofen<\/a> ger\u00e4uchert.<!--more--> Schon beim ersten Mal waren wir vom Ergebnis total begeistert.<\/p>\n<p>Die frischen Forellen werden zun\u00e4chst f\u00fcr 12 Stunden in einer Salzlake (75gr Salz auf 1 1\/2 Liter Wasser) gelegt, je nach Geschmack k\u00f6nnen Kr\u00e4uter hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. Anschlie\u00dfend werden die Forellen gut abgesp\u00fclt, sehr gut getrocknet, bis sich die Haut pergamentartig anf\u00fchlt und im Tischr\u00e4ucherofen 15-20 Minuten ger\u00e4uchert.
